Arrange your fleet on a ten-by-ten grid, manually or with Auto-place, before the battle begins. Choose a computer difficulty and search the opposing waters one target at a time. Hits reveal where to concentrate your next shots, while misses gradually narrow the possibilities. Rotate ships during placement and inspect the whole fleet before choosing Start Battle. Space out your opening shots. After a hit, test adjacent squares to discover the ship’s direction.
