Terms of Service

Welcome to hardiktrehan.com (the “Site”), including HT Hub (games sub-site), AI Battle Arena, blog, and any related services operated by Hardik Trehan (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit scores. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at teamhtrehan@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it accurate while your account is active. You may not impersonate others or use offensive display names.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to break security, scan for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Site, Firebase backend, or any third-party services we use.
• Submit fake, automated, or manipulated scores to the leaderboard, or use bots / scripts to gain an advantage in any game.
• Use the AI Battle Arena to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually exploitative of minors, that targets or harasses real individuals, or that violates the policies of the underlying AI providers.
• Submit personal, sensitive, or confidential information (yours or anyone else’s) into AI Battle Arena topics or other inputs. Treat them as public.
• Scrape, mass-download, or republish Site content without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI Battle Arena and any other AI-driven feature on the Site generate output using third-party AI models. We do not author, review, or endorse those outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, offensive, or just wrong. Do not rely on it as professional, legal, medical, financial, or factual advice. The Site is provided for entertainment and educational purposes.

5. Music, Photos, and Other Content

Original songs, recordings, photos, blog posts, code, designs, and other creative material on the Site are owned by Hardik Trehan and/or Nyza Studios and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission, except where allowed by law (fair use, embedded social previews, etc.).

Any user content you submit (e.g. messages via the contact form, AI Battle Arena topics) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use solely for operating and improving the Site.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site uses Firebase / Google Cloud, Google Sign-In, Google Analytics, OpenRouter, and AI models from providers including Google, OpenAI, Meta, Mistral, and DeepSeek. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the AI providers’ outputs.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — including any AI-generated output, lost game scores, or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hardik Trehan and Nyza Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, etc.) survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms over time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
