1. Where these guidelines apply

These Community Guidelines govern every shared, public space on hardiktrehan.com — anywhere you interact with other people on the Site: public profiles, display names, leaderboards, shared content (such as the constellations you draw and share in Star Atlas), and the AI Pavilion.

They are the social, plain-language companion to our Acceptable Use Policy (the full “what’s prohibited” list) and form part of the Terms of Service. By using these shared spaces you agree to follow them. Where they overlap with the AUP, the stricter rule applies.

2. The spirit — be a good guest

HT Hub is meant to feel calm, friendly and welcoming — a place people from around the world drop into together. The one rule behind all the others: treat other visitors the way you’d want to be treated. Many of the people whose names and scores you see are real people, often strangers, sometimes young. Assume good faith, keep it light, and don’t make the space worse for the people around you.

3. Display names & public profiles

Your display name, public profile and anything you post or share is visible to everyone. Do not choose a name, profile or shared content that is:

  • Sexual, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience.
  • Hateful, harassing, or built around a slur or extremist symbol.
  • Impersonating Hardik, staff, a brand, or another real person.
  • Designed to deceive, scam, or advertise.

We may reset a name or profile that breaks these rules, the same way the AUP handles offensive leaderboard names.

4. Younger visitors & personal safety

The Site is not directed at children under 13 (see our Children’s Safety policy), but it is public and you will share these spaces with visitors of many ages. To keep everyone safe:

  • Never ask another visitor — especially anyone who seems young — for personal information, photos, contact details, or to move the conversation to another platform.
  • Never send sexual content to anyone, and never to a minor under any circumstances.
  • Don’t share your own personal details (real name, address, school, phone) with strangers.
  • Any sexualization of a minor results in an immediate, permanent ban and a report to NCMEC and law enforcement, without exception.

5. Fair play in shared spaces

  • Don’t use bots, scripts, automation or multiple accounts to game leaderboards or fake activity (see the AUP).
  • Don’t exploit bugs to falsify scores or break shared features — report bugs instead.
  • Don’t spam, flood, or post referral/scam links in any shared space.

6. Moderation & enforcement

We may — with or without notice, and in proportion to the behavior —

  • Reset an offending display name or profile.
  • Remove or hide shared content that breaks these rules.
  • Suspend or permanently ban an account or device from the Site.
  • Remove leaderboard scores or achievements tied to abuse.
  • Refer serious or criminal conduct to law enforcement.

A first minor slip usually gets a warning; harassment, hate, or anything involving a child is acted on immediately.

7. Reporting someone

If someone is breaking these guidelines, email abuse@nyza.us with their display name, roughly when and where it happened, and a screenshot if you have one. For child-safety emergencies, contact local law enforcement first — we will cooperate with them and NCMEC. For copyright issues, use the DMCA Policy.

8. Contact

These guidelines are operated by Nyza Creations LLC and governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, consistent with our Terms of Service. Questions about conduct or moderation: support@nyza.us. Reports of abuse: abuse@nyza.us.
