1. Plans & pricing
HT Hub offers three plan tiers and three one-off credit packs. All prices are in U.S. dollars and current as of the “Last updated” date — see the pricing page for the live numbers.
Subscription tiers
- Free — $0/month. No credits, daily rate limit on AI tools, no voice narration.
- Starter — $4.99/month. 500 credits/month + voice narration in AI Battle Arena + saved astrology history (last 20 readings).
- Pro — $14.99/month. 2,000 credits/month + everything in Starter + custom tournament fighter picks + unlimited reading history + PDF export + no daily AI rate limit.
One-off credit packs
- 100 credits — $1.99
- 500 credits — $7.99
- 2,000 credits — $24.99
2. How credits work
Each paid AI action deducts a fixed number of credits from your balance, atomically, on the server side before the AI call is made. Examples (subject to change as our cost basis shifts; see the in-product pricing on each tool):
- Astrology readings: 2 to 8 credits depending on length/complexity.
- Prompt Lab / Roast Battle / Image Prompt: 3 to 4 credits.
- Code Duel: 5 credits.
- Model Showdown: 6 credits.
- Voice narration (ElevenLabs) per arena turn: 10 credits.
Free games stay free. The 30+ HTML5 games on HT Hub never cost credits. The AI Battle Arena debate is free; only the optional voice narration costs credits.
Credit precedence: we deduct from your monthly subscription credit allowance first, then from any credit-pack balance. Credit-pack balances do not expire as long as your account is active; subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and any unused subscription credits expire at that reset.
3. Payment processing (Stripe)
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers — Stripe collects and stores them directly. We receive only the metadata listed in section 1e of the Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement.
Supported payment methods are determined by Stripe and your country — typically credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus local methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) where enabled. Receipts are emailed automatically; you can also view your invoice history in account settings.
4. Billing cycle & auto-renewal
Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renewing. Your first charge happens at checkout. Each subsequent month we charge the same payment method on the same calendar day (or the closest valid day for short months) until you cancel.
If a charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, fraud decline), Stripe will retry on a schedule and we’ll email you. If retries fail for 14 days, the subscription is marked past_due and paid features are suspended until you update the payment method. We do not delete your account or accrued credit-pack balance for non-payment.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your HT Hub account settings (look for the Stripe Customer Portal link) or by emailing support@hardiktrehan.com from the address on the account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep paid features until then.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over after the period ends.
- Credit-pack balances purchased separately remain available — they survive subscription cancellation.
- You can resubscribe at any time; your previous credit-pack balance is preserved.
6. Refund matrix

We try to be reasonable. If you bought a subscription by mistake, forgot to cancel before auto-renewal, or hit a bug that ate your credits — email us first. We can usually resolve it without a chargeback.
7. EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in the EU/EEA/UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, beginning the day the contract is concluded.
Important: When you buy a subscription or credit pack from us, you expressly request that the service begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once any portion of the digital content has been supplied — i.e. once you spend the first credit. This is the standard “digital content exemption” under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
If you change your mind within 14 days and have not used any credits, email support@hardiktrehan.com from the address on your account. We will refund the full purchase price using the original payment method within 14 days.
This right does not affect any other statutory consumer rights you have under EU, UK, or national law.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a problem, talk to us first — support@hardiktrehan.com almost always resolves it within a business day. Filing a chargeback for charges you actually authorized and consumed is considered friendly fraud and may result in:
- Immediate account suspension pending review.
- Forfeiture of unused credits if the chargeback was fraudulent.
- Permanent ban from the Site if a pattern is established.
- Recovery of chargeback fees through collections if necessary.
For legitimate disputes (unauthorized charges, undelivered service, billing errors) please contact us first; we will refund quickly and you won’t need a chargeback.
9. Price changes
We may change subscription pricing or credit-pack pricing at any time. Changes affecting active subscribers take effect at the next billing cycle on at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-product banner. You can cancel before the next cycle if you don’t want to pay the new price. Pricing for one-off credit packs you have already purchased is locked in — we honor the credits you bought.
10. Taxes
Prices on the pricing page are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, value-added (VAT), goods-and-services (GST), or similar taxes. Where required by law, Stripe collects and remits these on our behalf based on your billing country. The receipt Stripe emails you will itemize any tax separately.
11. Discontinuation of plans or credits
If we discontinue a paid plan or sunset the Site, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of any active subscription. Unused credit-pack balances at shutdown will be refunded at the original purchase price per credit (rounded up to the nearest cent), to the extent commercially reasonable.

To request a refund or ask about your billing, email support@hardiktrehan.com from the address on your account. Include your Stripe receipt number where possible. We respond within two business days.
